What should my child wear for class?
All athletes must wear a mask to enter the facility, then when they get into the gym they can remove the mask. They are not required to wear it while in class.
PreSchool/Recreation: Comfortable stretch wear
Girls Team: Leotards and Shorts
Boys Team: Workout Shorts and T-Shirt

(Please note NO zippers, socks optional, girls pull hair up and back, remove all jewelry)
What should my child bring to class?
Water bottle or in container, hair tie, backpack or sports bag to keep items in (optional). During COVID-19, we encourage athletes to bring plenty of water as our water fountains cannot be used at this time. We recommend Team athletes bring a gallon of water since they train for 3-4 hours at a time.
Are athletes insured in classes?
Yes, we have substantial insurance policy in the unlikely event that your child should be injured. The $35 membership fee goes towards a $3 million aggregate dollar policy per athlete.
What are your session dates? Can we join mid-month?
Our sessions are on-going and don’t have specific start/end dates. While we charge tuition on a calendar monthly basis, athletes can start classes anytime during the month and don’t have to wait until the first of the month. We prorate tuition based upon start date.
Are your coaches qualified?
We have an outstanding team of coaches with decades of athlete and coaching experience. All of our coaches have started as gymnastics/cheer/parkour/aerial silks athletes and progressed through the years. We have ongoing training while inside the gym and attendance at USAG Congress that keeps coaches up to date with innovative training techniques that help our athletes become the best they can be.
Can parents watch?
NOTE: At this time during COVID-19 guidelines, parents can watch from outside in back of our building. You can stand or bring your own chair, and you don't need to wear a mask outside.
What is your ratio of children to coaches?
We have kept both our recreation and team athlete to coach ratios low so that each person gets the best individual attention and opportunities to perform during the time that they are here.
With PreSchool the ratios are 1:6 and with Recreation it is slightly higher.
